Coronavirus effect: garment industry is facing lock down, factories closing

by in Travel, Hygiene and Health .

Due to outbreak of coronavirus from China, there is global challenge on garment industry due to travel restrictions and quarantining of suspected persons. The major effect is on low paid labours who are on road now and struggling for survival. Italy, Spain, many countries in Europe, USA, countries in Asia are facing threats due to this fatal epidemic and industries in these countries are either shut down or on the verge of shutting down. Cambodia said this week that 10 factories had already applied to suspend operations and would pay partial wages to about 3,00..
